Chiva is the membership organisation for those working to support children, young adults and families living with HIV in the UK and Ireland. We help health and social care professionals connect and share knowledge, so they can deliver the best possible treatment and care.

We do this at our annual conference, by building networks, sharing guidelines and resources, and through our professional membership, giving discounts and access to further opportunities.

We also work with professionals to develop and update standards of care, and support and promote the latest research and clinic audits, whilst collaborating with and supporting the British HIV Association (BHIVA).

We support teachers with students who may live with HIV, and provide lesson guides for RSE sessions on HIV stigma.
