Supporting the health and wellbeing of children and young adults living with HIV

Thank you for your interest in supporting Chiva. There are a number of ways you can help.

Donate

We hugely appreciate any donations you may be able to give. The money goes towards providing support to children and young adults living with HIV around the country, or to pay for peer support events where children meet others just like them.

Fundraise

We welcome interest from individuals and organisations who wish to raise funds to support our work. You could take part in the annual Red Run on our behalf, a fun 5-10K run or walk in East London. Find ideas and information about how to fundraise and previous fundraising events here.

Volunteer

We rely on volunteers to deliver some of our direct work with young people, particularly our summer support camp, though it is also possible to volunteer in other capacities. Find out more.

EasyFundraising and Give as You Live both generate charitable donations from your everyday online shopping, at no cost to you or the charity. Please consider signing up for either one and nominating Chiva as your chosen charity. (Search for ‘Children’s HIV Association’).

Support our work

Donations to Chiva are used to directly support our work with children and young people living with HIV and their families. Chiva is solely funded through donations, grants and membership income and receives no statutory funding.
